Per richiedere la sostituzione dei mastelli (ossia i contenitori piccoli, ad uso domestico, per abitazioni singole), ci si può recare direttamente allo sportello di Legnano (via per Busto Arsizio 55), aperto tutti i martedì, dalle ore 8.30 alle ore 13.00 (è lo sportello che si trova sulla destra, una volta varcato l'ingresso). 
Per richiedere, invece, la sostituzione o l'integrazione dei cassonetti carrellati (ossia i contenitori grossi, dotati di ruote e in uso nei condomini), è necessario compilare il modulo che si trova qui sotto e inviarlo all'indirizzo segnalazioni@aemmelineaambiente.it (attenzione, per le utenze condominiali è necessario che la richiesta venga compilata direttamente dall'amministratore del condominio).
