Per le forniture di beni e servizi, sono rispettate le condizioni contrattuali applicate di prassi in 60 giorni fine mese data fattura: il pagamento dovrà avvenire entro 60 giorni dalla data di emissione della fattura stessa. Le condizioni sono applicate in ottemperanza al D.Lgs. 192/2012 recante modifiche al D.Lgs. 231/2002 per integrale recepimento della direttiva 2011/7/UE e successive modifiche.

Per quanto riguarda gli appalti di lavori, sono invece applicate le condizioni previste dal Codice dei contratti, in riferimento al D.Lgs. 50/2016 integrato e corretto dal D.Lgs. 56/2017.
